Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all components and accessories.

Exclusions: Customized or engraved items are personalized for you and, therefore, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@photographersupplyco.com for detailed instructions. Please note that shipping costs incurred during the delivery of your parcel are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Condition Assessment: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect its condition. If the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, with shipping costs covered by the customer.

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in mint condition, with all original packaging and components.

Process: To request an exchange, contact us at hello@photographersupplyco.com. You may exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value; if the new item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference. For higher-priced items, we will bill you for the difference. Please note that shipping fees will apply to the exchange, based on the destination.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Reporting: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@photographersupplyco.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the receipt and approval of your return, followed by details of the refund process.
